OdleWorks may provide free website templates, starter files, ZIP downloads, documentation, and related materials. Unless a specific template includes a different license, you may use and modify OdleWorks templates for personal or commercial website projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or offer OdleWorks templates as standalone templates, template packs, marketplace products, or competing downloadable products. You may not remove required copyright, license, or attribution notices where they are included in a template package.
Submitting a project request, intake form, email, or message does not create a client relationship, service agreement, quote, or obligation for OdleWorks to accept the work. A project begins only when both sides agree to the scope, timeline, pricing, and any required written terms.
Some links may take you to third-party services, such as the OdleWorks client portal, Atlassian/Jira Service Management, analytics tools, chat tools, form processors, payment providers, hosting providers, or other services used to operate the site. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. OdleWorks is not responsible for third party websites or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OdleWorks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or similar losses arising from your use of the site, templates, downloads, or third-party links.
